  • Each order is thoughtfully prepared and beautifully packaged from our studio in Vancouver, Canada.
  • Our packaging designs change with the seasons and holidays, making every order feel special and festive.
  • For your convenience, receipts included with your order do not display any prices.
  • All orders are shipped in sturdy cardboard mailer boxes or thick envelopes. Your jewelry will be lovingly packaged in tissue paper, reusable self-sealing or glassine bags, also soft jewelry pouches.

Love it but you have to be real careful with it because it might break

Broken Necklace

I love the look, feel, and aesthetic of the necklace (only piece I got). I had been waiting for a few months for it to restock so that I can get it. Upon receiving the shipment last week, to my surprise, the chain was super delicate and ended up curved/twisted from where it was hung on the card. I ignored it despite being disheartened. But then to top it off, the necklace also broke as I went to tighten it because it is so delicate. This was very upsetting, I loved everything about the necklace but because of these issues, I feel disappointed with my purchase.

Nonetheless, I will say, this was just my bad experience, I am not bashing other products or services from this label. I am certain they have better options and better reviews. :)
